 Parking- inadequate, not enough spaces, not much has been done to correct the problem eitherManagement- young staff, doesn't take care of matters in a timely or professional matterLocation- very convienient to the cityAmenities- basketball court, pool, fitness center (not much to choose from though)Gated Access- a plus, but most of the time the gate is out of order and will remain to be for as long as a month at a timeRooms- ample space for a college student, utilites are included as well as washer and dryer provided in every apartmentRoommates- each apartment has 3 bedrooms and you will be matched w/ roommates if you do not have three people wishing to live together previously
