| Recent Review: | | i went to view these apartments after seeing the floor plans online i was interested in one that was advertised 659-689 upon arrival the management as "not in" at 2:00 in the afternoon, an hour later i returned to find these very rude no more than 20 year olds trying to run an office interviewing me and judging the entire time he showed me floorplans, one was the EXACT one i saw advertised and told me it was 734 a month, i mentioned what i had seen advertised and he just ignored me then told me there were absolutely no apartments to view of any floor plan and he would call me when one was available....i left feeling very angry....and the guy never even got my number to call me...not that i wanted him to |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived here for a year and I have enjoyed the community and location. The units are nice sized and afforadable and I would recommend these apartments to anyone who asks. The Trash service here is offered by Valet Waste, and they pick it up at your door. No more carrying it to the dumpster. I love those guys! |

| Recent Review: | | We are writting anyone who logs on to this page in refrence to quality of apartmnet living.At one time these apartments you can tell were nice to live in but the out side traffic and certain type of individuals who are permitted to set foot on this property makes the quality down graded to just about nothing.WE(meaning 4 famalies) have noticed quality of management change and its goton worse. We have never seen an apartment complexlook like its an on going party with people blasing thier music so so loud with no conciseration for the next person. The ground(trees) have the roots showing bald spots on grass dirty pools (no pool cover), pollen on buildings,litter galore espcially on the weekend some silly sighn in the front entrance that tells you to go directly to the persons apartment you are visiting or you may be subject to arrest.People here do what they want to do becasue they have (alot) of them have said Mangament here say things and can not enforce them so its a joke to people here and the out side traffic.How can you tell people (Adults) to be in your apartment by 10pm or you would subject to arrest....you can t becasue number one that is not some law people have differnt schedules with famililes and all its such a waist to look at this sign. We say try your best to buy a decent home in good neighborhood and dont be subject to nonsense that you have to go thru espicailly when you have kids...they think living like this is ok and its not not at all.This is your choice but search out the apartment before you sighn on the dotted line, go by at different times of the night and day, talk to peole and get there opion on living there..you would be surprise.These apartment is nothing like its advertised in the apartment finder nothing just a trap to lure you in to get apartments filled we are sure./All that we wrote here isthe truth nothing fabricated nothing strected just the honest darn truth. i f you should come on the property and its quiet and little litter then that mean the tenants here had a little good day.Tenants here dont really renew their leases here they are moving out really just about every other week or 3-4 famalies a month. If this is called a place to call home then we are rich. The ownners are getting rich here and the quality of living here is pitiful..just come on the weekend when its warm or not that cold and see what we are talking about.People standing around wont get out of your way when your trying to get to your apartment you have to go around them...is this at all what you want to call home?...no we didnt think so either.. |

| Recent Review: | | I moved into the Overlook in August, 2004.The manager is the most horribly rude person I've ever met.The office staff and maintenance, however, have been very helpful and competent.That doesn't mean I got immediate attention when something needed to be fixed, but that they did a very good job and were nice and professional when they did show up to do it.I wouldn't, however, rent here again.The manager is awful and doesn't seem to treat the staff well.Although they try to be helpful, their hands are often tied. |

| Recent Review: | | When we first moved into Wisteria, we certainly loved it spaciousness but that bliss soon turned into a nightmare when we realized the number of roaches that we would have to deal with.While obnoxious neighbors are certainly annoying, nothing can prepare you the roaches you have to deal with. Humungous wood roaches? Yes, they're there are there at Wisteria. Small and medium size roaches? Don't worry, you'll soon become more acquainted with them than you ever wanted to at Wisteria. The blockI live inis really bad and it got to the point where we really couldn't take it anymore and decided to move. I began to look for another apartment and ironically the lady who was showing me the apartment said that another resident from Wisteria came in with the exact same complaint about roaches. So I decided to take an impromptu survey about whether other residents having been experiencing similar problems with roaches, and alas they have.The management at Wisteria has changed a lot and there's always somebody that was not there before, but you would think that they would recognize that having roach-infested apartments is bad for business. I believe that an additional cause of the problem is that Wisteria has serious issues with trash pick-up. There are hardly enough trash bins, and it is common to find the trash over-flowing right across form the the leasing office. This has been a problem for months and obviously this leads to more roaches.In short, beware of this this roach motel. One would think you were living in a congested,rodent-infested squatter tenament in the 1920's on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. |

| Recent Review: | | Since I have lived here the past two years, my airconditioner has broken at least 5 times, my washer has broken, and both my toilets have broken.In each instance, it has taken at least 2 weeks to a month to fix the problem. Furthermore, the office staff is unreliable and very unfriendly after you make repeated complaints about things not being fixed appropriately. |
