| Recent Review: | | This complex including the management is absolutely horrendous. I lived in Aspen Ridge for two years. During that time my celing collapsed into my living room and it took maintanence three weeks before they came and fixed it. Meanwhile I was inhaling insulation fumes. There were water spots all over my ceiling. My airconditioning NEVER worked. They would simply pump it with freon and then two days later it was over 90 degrees in the apartment again. In addition, any time I had any maintanence request, the maintenence people would leave my apartment a disaster. One day I came home to grease and tar tracks in my carpeting. I repeatedly called and complained and they did nothing to alleviate the problem. There also was an incident where a child in the neighborhood went missing and police went to all the units asking for information. It is not a safe area to live and more importantly you can find much NICER apartments elsewhere for MUCH cheaper. They are very poorly maintained and the current management is awful. During my time the management switched and all my problems got worse. Nothing was ever fixed on time and Michelle (the manager) is just obnoxious and annoying to deal with. I would run away from this place as fast as you can. They may show you a nice apartment and seem friendly but it is all just so they can get your money and neglect you once you've signed the contract. Don't be fooled, they are horrible to deal with and don't care at all about their tenants, their safety, or the quality of their apartments. The only pleasant thing was my neighbors were great. But they changed often over my two years as you can imagine. |
