Recent Review: I have lived at Hillside Circle for the last 14 years and now that it has changed hands with different owners it has become the City Dump.The trash bins are to small to accomidate 6 or 7 people living in one apt. I though the rules were 2 people to a 2 bedroom. The bath tubs are always stopped up and raw sewerage is in the back yards. The ducks in the apt are so dirty and gross that we stay stopped up with sinusitis all year around.I don't trust the resident Manager at all and don't like anyone coming into my apt without me there. I like the area its in you can get anywhere in 15 minutes. I like the rooms being big, I don't like the window air conditioners doesn't cool the whole apt off. It needs a make over from the outside to the inside heating units. If I had to rate this on a scale of 1-10 it would get a -1 just because the owners don't care about people they care about the money they get every month.....Sorry to say it is a city dump we live in.
