  Rate This Apartment 
 The appearance and location is great. However, management was unclear when the first months rent was due. Due to this mix up, I was a day late. I went in first thing in the morning and felt I was treated rather rudely by management and was charged a late fee without being allowed to explain my situation. Likewise, while they are diligent on pursuing the rent, they are rather slow about performing maintenance.
