| Recent Review: | | I broke my lease 6 months early because I hated this place so much.I constantly had spiders roaming through my apartment and, despite my numerous complaints, nothing was ever done about it.I also had a wasp and muddobber problem (they were always coming into my apartment through my fireplace) that was never fixed.The wiring for the apartment was wrong and they had to call an electrician to come and fix it (a week later) - he told them the wiring was completely backwards and was very dangerous.Not very comforting to know as a tenant. People drive by with boom boxes constantly and nothing is ever done about it.The office doesn't open until after the average person is at work (they open at 8:30) and closes before you can get there at night (5:00).This leaves the weekend, when there is no maintenance staff at all except for emergencies, of which, despite your problem, will not count as. The water is off at least once a week and has been for three months solid, sometimes 3 and 4 times a week.I don't recommend it at all!!! |
