 This is an excellent apartment complex if you don't care about management turning from treating you nicely before you sign a lease to rudely after you sign a lease.Fortunately, the positives of living here far outweigh the poor management because most people have little contact with the management compared to the amount of time spent in your apartment.Having a private garage and a washer/dryer in my apartment topped my priority list, and I'm glad I chose Barrington Place for those features.The fitness center is decent.It's relatively quiet here although there are kids running around frequently.Again, the apartment's features top the management.I'd recommend Barrington to others.If you have a choice, I'd definitely recommend an upstairs apartment.I hear "Big Foot" above me constantly when he's home (walking around, flushing the toilet, taking a shower, etc).
