| Recent Review: | | Pros:Cheaper rent, Neighbors are nice, ample parking, staff is nice.Cons:Maintenance are dumb as bricks, as previously stated you are on the edge of the ghetto so safety can be an issue, apartments ARE NOT sound proof (so get a top apartment), I saw 3 drug raids in the complex I lived in and around in the 2 years I was there, appliances are way out of date.The list could go on but I think you get the point.The main problem is Sealy...all they care about is your moneyI suggest you keep looking and spend the little extra every month.You will be glad in the end. |

| Recent Review: | | The Country Club Apartments would be a perfect place to live, if the management were more in skilled in customer relations.The apartments are resonably priced, anything broken gets fixed, the grounds are well maintained, and it is a relatively quiet and safe atmosphere.The managment, however, are rude and difficult to deal with.Even though they get the job done, they do it with an air of being imposed upon.You are not treated like a paying customer who is appreciated but a guest who has no rights and is trespassing.Overall, Country Club Apartments is a nice and safe place to live, and at first the management seem friendly and willing to please.But expect to be treated poorly--after you have signed a lease! |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment community is kept very clean and the office personnel are very willing to help in any way.The size of the apartments are one of the largest I have found for the price in Tuscaloosa.Right next to the apartment complex is a walking trail.Also, it is only minutes from the University, Downtown Tuscaloosa, Northport and the Interstate.We love living here!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | Well, if you're looking for a nice place to live...these apartments look nice...but beware...Don't count on pest control...there are roaches everywhere...inside...outside...EVERYWHERE!You cannot walk around outside without seeing them everywhere...I've never seen anyone come out to spray the apartment, so I'm sure that's probably one reason why we have such an issue...I kill about 10 bugs on average each day...The maintenance works hard, but we have had problems with the plumbing and with leaks that have simply been covered up...not fixed...Management...rude, rude, rude...Make sure you read your lease completely because they know every nook and cranny...and will gladly highlight the little things you might have "missed."Count on paying a lot of money if you accidentally lock yourself out of your apartment...and it goes right to the maintenance guy's pocket...I don't know how it works for anyone living here for an actual home and not a college student's apartment, but I can easily say that I have been completely unhappy in every way since I moved in.Hopefully, if you're reading this, you'll ask other people before making a decision...because I'm just voicing my malcontent with this hell-hole... |

| Recent Review: | | This is a property owned by Colonial Properties Trust, a large REIT.Basically, a REIT is a conglomerate concentrated solely in the purchase and sell of real estate.Because of its size, don't expect caring or personal service while living in a property owned by Colonial Properties.My experience is that they are lenient with certain applicants (thus the over 11 evictions in 2003 in the first part of the year) while being too strict with other tenants (minorities, etc.)I would not recommend this property based upon who manages the property. |
