 I have had a bathroom sink that would not drain for two weeks.(This is a one bath apartment.)It took them 5 days to come and even look at it.Then the maintenance person could not fix the problem once he started on a Friday afternoon.So he left the mess - black water everywhere - and a terrible smell like rotten eggs.The smell was so bad that the neighbors in the building were even complaining about it.One guy thought that he had missed one of his kids diapers somewhere.The smell was so bad that I had to find my own other arrangements for somewhere else to stay one night.After 8 days of the maintenance person not being able to fix the sink, he finally called a real plumber which they have a contract with and is out here frequently.This should have been done sooner.Had to wirte letter warning of law suit if problem was not fixed and had to take pictures of the mess to the office before the problem was fixed.It took 16 days to get this problem fixed from the time that I reported it.When it could have been a shorter time frame if only the plumbing company had beed called in the first place as soon as the maintenance person realized that it was beyond his capabilities.
