Recent Review: The buildings are old and in desperate need of renovation.Floors in third-floor apartments sag, walls are crooked, and ceilings are sinking.Maintenance staff slow to respond and rarely fixes the problem the first time.It usually takes writing a nasty letter to the manager to get any real results.
