| Recent Review: | | This is probably one of the most expensive in Fayetteville, but they are very nice and loaded with amenities. They have a junior-olympic sized pool, full workout center, nature filled walking path with many ponds, free tanning, free massage thearapist, big screen tv in clubhouse, sauna, hot tub, computer center, game room with pool table, ping pong and bumper pool.Most of the apartment buildings are brand new and spacious.Great neighbors.That should say pleanty. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment was old, smelled like smoke. After I was told it was clean and ready for move in. The kitchen was mess, not cleaned. The bathroom was falling apart. The toilet backed up, wall paper was tearing off the walls. Hmmm lets see, it was a loud apartment, hardly ever any peace and quiet. And you should kiss that rental deposit goodbye; you will never see any of that again. This is just a small taste of what you would get living in these apartments. |
