 Pros:1. Ample storage space & nice balconies.2. Extra-large capacity washer & dryer provided3. Electric bill reasonable - Heat & AC works well/efficiently.4. Great floor plan, 2 BR - 2 BA, and they're separated.5. Pets accepted.6. Walking distance to stores & eateriesCons:1. Garbage trucks dump all night long behind Bowman Curve if you don't continually try to stop it by reporting it.And it is SO LOUD & VERY DISTURBING!!!2. Exercise gym isn't accessible during times when working people can use it.
