| Recent Review: | | In a six mounth period my apartment has been broken into twice.The second time the sliding glass door lock was broken and it still is eight weeks later.It goes with out saying the mantinence is sub standerd. My other concern about the apartments security is that the gate is not utilized.The gates are only closed from 6pm - 6am. |

| Recent Review: | | I'm happily gone from my unhappy experience.The kids were noisy, the parking iritating, drug dealer vehicles were always around, I paid more than I should have (based on the fact that I just found out it is income based and while I was there I had no income), the maintenance was never taken care of (I never got a key to lock the storage closet), and although I moved out several months ago, and although the front office told me my apartment was great when I left, I have yet to receive my deposit. |

| Recent Review: | | I have never lived in an apartment complex anywhere near as bad as Capitol Hill Apartments.1) The apartments are poorly constructed.The counter on our kitchen island is completely warped.We complained.Nothing has been done.2) It is mid-December, and the swimming pool is still filled with water.We've had mosquitos, gnats, etc., all fall because management is too lousy to have the pool emptied and cleaned.3) Did I mention the poor construction?We can hear everything coming from surrounding apartments.There is absolutely no insulation whatsoever.When the people over us walk, it sounds like a herd of elephants.4) The leasing agent is ditzy beyond belief.She can't remember anything.When we were looking to lease, she made promise after promise, all of which were disavowed by the manager.5) The trash situation is just plain embarrassing.Instead of putting in dumpsters, they put a huge trash compactor right at the front entrance.Very attractive to visitors, I'm sure.There is very little trash that can actually be put in the compactor.People will put restricted items in the compactor, jam it up, and cause trash overflow all over the front entrance.Absolutely ridiculous.6) Managment is totally unresponsive.How many times do you have to complain about something to get some kind of resolution?At Capitol Hill, apparently, you can never complain enough.They just refuse to do anything about anything.7) Because of poor construction and no insulation, heating and cooling is impossible.Our electric bill has been through the roof every month.I can't wait for my lease to end! |

| Recent Review: | | This is the most horrible place I have ever lived in my entire life the leasing staff was as nice as could be until you signed the lease then they wanted to pretend that I didn't exist. It would be treated rudely anytime I called with a complant about my problem with the apartment, my ceiling was leaking, ants in the apartment and when the mantnence people would finally come fix my problem they would leave a mess. Not to mention one time they used my bathroom and did not flush the toliet leaving the toliet seat up, needless to say I am a female so I know this was not my doing. I would honestly rather live in a box on the side of the interstate than live in this hell hole ever again. This was on of the biggest mistakes of my life |
