 I have only lived here a month and am not around till the evening.The only problem I have is that my upstairs neighbors are pretty loud.I hear they are trying to get evicted so they can break their lease.Another things is the gated access.It has been a week now that it has been wide open all day every day.When I asked the office she responded with good quetion.Not the answer I wanted.I have yet to see my electric and water bill, it will interesting if they quoted me correctly.
