 Rent is cheap around $400-$450 for one bedroom and two for about 500 bucks.My credit is as bad as they come butyet they signed meup, i think the only thing they check for is felonies.about80%mexican,15 percent whiteandfew blacks here and there.

The buildings are OLD and if you happen tohave a problemmaintenanceman usuallydo patch work(this happened to meseveral occassions)
