 I have lived at Cantamar for more than two years.I have to agree with the negative reviews on this site.The management company at this complex needs to review renters laws as well as take lessons in professional conduct.I think there is much improvement that could be made with the way this company treats renters after they move in.I had problems with neighbors on many occasions that would violate complex rules and the management company would not do anything about it.I also had problems getting them to make repairs that would cost money and all they would do is come out and take a look at the problem, agree there was one, but do nothing about actually repairing it.Beware of these people as in my opinion they will probably not stand up for your rights or even ackowledge that you have any if you have any problems with your neighbors or the management.
