| I think the larger of the 2 bedroom floorplans is good, but the floorplan leaves you a little cramped in the kitchen.The kitchen space has tons of cupboards, but you will need a small kitchen table. The complex installed 100% new carpet or vinyl throughout and cleaned the apartment nicely.I found that the clothes washer only had hot water and made a work order.The next business day they fixed it.Maintenance has been timely and satisfactory.The ladies at the office have been most helpful and made me walk away happy. The apartment comes with a small storage closet that houses your hot water heater.I have enough room for a bike, stroller, and some tools.Hanging a few shelves will really help with space. |
