| Recent Review: | | I have been a resident at Pavilions at Arrowhead for a long time now and do not plan on leaving anytime soon!My apartment has a great layout and i can even see the mountians from my balcony!The staff has been nothing but accommodating and understanding.Management holds resident functions for us. Ined about crime, simply contact the Glendale police department and they will tell you that Pavilions has one of the lowest crime rates in the area! |

| Recent Review: | | The walls are paper thin. on the side that i lived you could hear alllll and i do mean alllll of the traffic going past outside. this is with the doors and windows completely shut. you can hear people and children playing outside even when they are just making normal noises. it sounds like they are in your apt. |

| Recent Review: | | THIS PLACE SELLS IT'S SELF AS UP SCALE APTS. WHAT A JOKE! THE GROUNDS ARE FILTY ALONG WITH THE PEOPLE LIVING HERE. THE POOLS ARE SO DIRTY THAT I CAN'T SWIM IN THEM. THE MANAGEMENT ARE CLUELESS AND COULD GIVE A CRAP ABOUT FIXING PROBLEMS FOR THE PEOPLE LIVING HERE. THEY ARE ALL WHITE TRASH PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE. THE SPAS ARE COLD. THE WORKOUT ROOMS HAS BUSTED MACHINES. THEY WON'T PUT IN SUMMER GRASS SO THE WATER TO DEATH THE GREASS AND IT FLOODS OUT THE PARKING LOT. THEN POLICE ARE ALWAYS HERE INSPIT OF THE CRIME FREE NEIGHBOR THE TOOT ABOUT. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T MOVE HERE!!! |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived in this apartment complex for several years, and can highly recommend it!The office staff really looks after us, and any problem I have reported is taken care of promptly.The complex is quiet and very well landscaped.For me it has become home, and place populated with friendly people who care for each other.The apartment appliances and amenities are always being upgraded.I plan on staying a long time. |

| Recent Review: | | Very nice complex but it's fair to expect a bit more, particularly exterior maintenance like the other reviewer mentioned. The longer you put things off, the worse they get and it detracts from the entire property. What's with all the expired car registrations too?Overall it's a very nice propery with good management, but they need to walk the property more and take care of the little things like window and door screens, lights, dumpsters, GIANT ROACHES, expired license plates, filthy cars that sit for months without being moved (stolen, abandoned?), etc.I hope management stays on top of things, I'm a long term resident that is getting a little concerned that this 5 year old property is starting to look much older. That's a shame because it's a well built and nice looking property. Get it together management!I do recommend it however, it's much nice than most of it's competition. I have looked and decided to stay put, but I still have concerns that they should address soon. |

| Recent Review: | | Lived here for 1 year...underground apartments constantly smelled of mold, which bothered my allergies.Some bug problems during the summer months.Laundry units - there is only one for the complex, its a fairly huge complex, and there is only one laundry center.Its filthy most of the time, hot, and consistently busy since there are no in unit washer and dryers.Management is ok. |
