If you don't mind not being able to find parking or being without hot water or water at all you would love this place but if you like being able to take a shower when you want I woudn't suggest this place. The parking is horrible we have two cars one parking okay fine but to have to park at the oppisite side of the complex because other people have 4 cars for one apartment Come on people not to mention the fact that not everyone can use the pool oh no. Have small kids? Swim diapers wont work here nope they still wont let you child in the pool. There just isn't one good thing to say about this place I would keep looking if I were you

My husband and I move in those apt the year of 2000 and we stayed untill the year of 2003. I would never tell any good things about those apt. Everybodys cars were getting broken into everyweekend. The rent is to high for that place. We had to fight to get a new dish washer. We finally got one when my son started to walk and he took a fall. I was one P cookie. They finally looked it up and it was five years old. We had a real problem with cigrate smoke. It came threw the carpat and the bathrooms. I hate that smell. Thank god we are out of there. Please go somewhere else trust me. You will thank me later.

I have lived in my apartment now just a year. The management does nothing to make repairs, Repairs are done by the one and only maintance person, and done very poorly if done at all. parking lot gates are alway,s broken,the one and only swimming pool for 178 units of apartments is very dirtty and many times green, there are no pool chairs or tables. Laundry rooms are not keeped clean or in repair. broken washers now for six months. Roaches in all apartments. Clubehouse has excercise room that is keeped locked when management goes home for day. Crime is very high. Looks like New York city project on a friday night. Have had drug raids.cars broken into all the time, parking lot lights out all the time. very noisey. ramadas are in a state of disrepair and very dirty picnic tables and broken benches and missing table tops.stucko broken in picnic areas are never repaired now for over 4 months. Rockes around out side of all apartment, looks like a parking lot. Eletric cost very high. Gangs hanging out at picnic areasat night. access gate locks always broken. Garbage always on ground in parking lots. lots of noise from street on 83RD. AVE. many fights at night in walking areas, that wake you up. Not near anyshopping. Just a first class dump ! or Hell hole.
