 I am not enjoying my stay at Madera Point at all. I live on the second level and I can hear everything around me. It's an old building so everything creaks when you walk. The office is not helpful when you have a problem. In fact their are some employees who enjoy to talk down to you and remind you that if you give them trouble you are on a lease. I will not be re-signing my lease, infact i am going to break my lease because i am offended by how they treat their tenants. Trust me you can get a better place for the same price.The gates that surround the premises are always broken and not fixed immediately. Parking can be a problem if you don't live at the ends of the complex. The appearance is ok but the inside needs some work. It took maintenance forever to fix a leak i had. I had to call them twice. Just because they answer in 24 hours doesn't mean they will do anything! I have been in my apartment for five months and the carpet by the kitchen is coming off the ground. Like i said eariler...there are better places!!!
