| Recent Review: | | Since we have lived with this apartment complex our apartment has fallen apart not even including the flood we had for three days because managment didn't do anything. Well, they compt us $96.00 off our rent. Our lease had several differnet signature asweel. The landlards are lyers and cheats. Living here was hell and I can not wait to move out of this shit hole. |

| Recent Review: | | I like my apartment.It's a bit old, but I feel safe and I like my neighboors.However, the apartment manager is -bar-none the rudest person I've ever met.She's hateful and treats her tenants like they are in kindergarten.She's internally the ugliest person I've ever met.I've had the opportunity to refer many people and am embarassed to due to the attitude of the manager. |

| Recent Review: | | When I first moved in, this was an upscale, nice aparment complex.Eventually the management company changed and it is now being run by Greystar management.What a bunch of worthless morons.Ever since they took over, the quality has gone straight downhill.It used to be a family-oriented complex, now it's nothing but a haven for white trash, college punks, and gangbanger-types.Parking is already fairly tight (especially on weekends), and I've asked the office repeatedly (as have other tenants) to get rid of an obviously abandoned vehicle and yet it still sits there.They blatantly ignore their own pet policy and allow dogs such as pitbulls (one tenant even got bit). There's dog crap everywhere because the trashy tenants are too lazy to clean up after their dog.I've spoken with others and found out that the property manager was renting out units |

| Recent Review: | | These apartments are overrun with crickets, they are everywhere, inside and out.Also, the leasing staff is absolutely terrible. They are so nice at first when selling the apartments but as soon as you move in they forget about you. You have to ask at least twice (usually you will have to ask more than twice) for them to complete any maintainence requests.The grounds are really pretty, but the main pool isn't lit at night and the other pools are surrounded by cocroaches that come out at night. The fitness center is ok, but it is never locked, one of the treadmills doesn't work and there are a lot of spiders in there. |

| Recent Review: | | I Think Medera Point Sucks I'veLived There For Five Years Going On Six And I Cant Wait To Get The Hell Out Of There Everytime I Renew My Lease I Get Whoopi A Shower Head My Sister In Law Has Been Living THere For One Year And She Got A Washer & Dryer First Lease She Signed Now Isnt That Rediculous They Charge Water For Two People As If They Were Charging For Five They Cheat People All The Way If Ever They Ask About Apartments I will Direct Them Away From Medera Ive Already directed a few people away also some people have to pay pet fee some people dont like the shandra she use to be the cleaning lady she doesnt pay pet fee oh and then there's the tenant nancy she only pays seven dollars water and her and her grandson lives there so how come me and my husband have to 35.00 dollars and we work she's always home figure that shit out oh another thing my husband apply at a few of your locations and he never got called all of a sudden they hired a maintenance man without papers how do you guys do your hiring i cant figure it out can you your management at medera point sucks |

| Recent Review: | | My favorite things about this complex are the courtyards, that each apartment does not "back" another apartment...so you get cross ventilation, and maintenance usually handles repairs quickly.My least favorite things are the lack of soundproofing between apartments and the fact that management does not "handle"residents who do not follow rules (outside lights not replaced, patios/balconies look like storage rooms, residents not reprimanded for having more than one large dog).When I first moved in, the landscaping was gorgeous.However, the grass is now very sparse because kids break the sprinklers and management doesn't replace them. |
