| Recent Review: | | DRUGS,ILLEGAL ALIENS,TRASH PILED TO TOP OF WALLS,CRIME HIGH, PROSTITUTES,TENENTS PROPERTY DAMAGE EVERYTHING OR STEAL OTHERS THINGS,---there is not enough space here to describe why not to live here, managers are fucking idoit cunts as well as head maint is alcoholic handyman with 8th grade shop class skills,poor painting ,repairs, tenents break outside lights because gangs ,and beaners shitheads ,this place has two wonderful green swimming pools with no charge for mold in unit and fucked up appliances that can shock you(stove) also cops dont go home because they are here so much, but they dont arrest anyone -manager says they are crime free certified but the village says they are not even in the program-dont go out at night or the idiots will be trying to borrow everything from cigarettes to your daughter or wife, drug dealers and users welcome-creiminals and crooks feel at home in this den of iniquity--NEVER ,EVER, LIVE HERE--RUN AWAY-FAR AWAY(SCOTTSDALE0 COSTS MORE BUT WORTH IT! |

| Recent Review: | | Why is it that the apartments in the front entrance look all nice and clean but when you go to the back area you see old rusted chairs and sofas that's been sitting next to garbage the bin for over a mth? Also, the gates to some apartments is falling apart and are hanging on hinges. It looks like no one cleans the place because there's always trash on the road and on the grass. They shouldn't just fix the apartments in the front because that's what people from the road can see but also fix the apartments in the back even though it's hidden from the world. Not to mention, the stove tops were all rusted and I thought it was falling apart. Let's not forget that it is a roach infested community. I have talked to the office many times and they kept telling me that they were looking into it. There's alot of dope addicts that walk around at night and you can never find a parking when you get home from work. |

| Recent Review: | | This place is terrible.It's infested with roaches, the maintainance is terrible, and none of the rules of the community are enforced.If you try and get all the bugs taken care of, they threaten you with the health dept. and claim it's all your fault.I've had their "bug service" out to take care of my problem 5 times, and each time they've tried to blame my cat, or two or three plates in the sink, or"having furniture against the wall" (apparently it's bugs favorite hiding place.)I finally got 2 of the exterminators to admit that this complex is infested with roaches so bad they'll never get rid of them.I wouldn't recomend this dump to my worst enemy. |

| Recent Review: | | I moved in January and left in August on a 7 month lease. From January til about June 1st it was a decent place until all the snowbirds and tourists vacated than crime moved in. Neighborhood is tolerable during day light hours. I paid around 400.00 for a studio. Very nice though. But if I could have redone everything I think I might had gotten a room mate for like a month and looked around in a nicer area instead of signing a 7 month lease. The staff was professional but at times intimidating/unapproachable. |

| Recent Review: | | Very very BAD EXPERIENCE!Do not rent here at all!!!The management team is very discriminating against minorities and have harrassed me with charges during the entire time that I have rented here.Upon move out, my boyfriend and I spent A LOT of time cleaning the apartment and they decided to keep our deposit of 350.00 and on top of that they charged us $318.22 extra!I am now in the process of taking legal actions and have even visited the Attorney General's office to file complaints.Very bad management and not to mention too many thefts!!!!!!DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | I urge ANYONE who's had problems with Sienna management, especially with the move-out inspection charges, to file a complaint with the BBB or Attorney General.I recently filed a complaint with the BBB, and they responded with some bogus claims, just stupid stuff I can prove them wrong on.This is a classic case of the big guy picking on the little guy, but if we complain in numbers, maybe they'll have to answer for their dishonesty.Sienna should NOT get away with ripping off their residents!It's really easy to take action, so just set aside a few minutes and fight back!!Even if nothing happens at least it will be in their file. |

| Recent Review: | | My husband and i moved in to Stone Canyon in September 2004, and stayed for the entire legth of our 7-month lease.The staff was very friendly and always helpful.The apartment was CHEAP, clean, beautiful, and spacious! It was such a nice change from toehr apartments in the same price range!! We felt like we were living in a newly built house! The neighbors were all nice, too.ONLY complaint: VERY NOISY TRAFFIC!! Everything about Stone Canyon is great EXCEPT for the fact that i think every person who lives there owns a very noisy vehicle, and has no qualms about gunning the engine or playing the music VERY loudly at 2am! Every day! I have lived in many apartment complexes, and NONE have been as noisy as this one in terms of traffic. But really, other than that this is a great place to call home!! |

| Recent Review: | | Management staff is very unprofessional.Although you paid your rent on time, it is likely that you will receive an eviction notice..and management will say "ooops, I guess we made a mistake", but then it will take them a couple days to fix this "mistake."Also, management was told that people were doing drugs outside and the management staff said that they couldn't do anything about it.The complex looks very nice...but looks are definitely deceiving in the apartment complex. |

| Recent Review: | | I got suckered into living here because I have 2 pits and coming from out of state it was the only complex I could find that would accept them.Where should I start?The entire property stinks like animal urine, no one picks up after their dogs.I like the fact that they do let you have pits and other large dogs but everyone has them and not everyone in that apt complex is a responsible person.If you like to see dog fights this is the place! Ive had to pull strange pits off my dogs many times. Im lucky I didnt get bit. some people just let them hang out outside alone. If you have kids stay away from this place. Drug dealers all over! So that means crackheads all over the place...they broke into my car there... I drove a freakin 89 Taurus with a broken tape deck, what they thought they were gonna get I have no idea!!!!The set up is horrible, small and cramped!The walls are paper thin.The cops come en masse force all the time. My a/c leaked all over the kitchen the WHOLE time I lived there and the maint. guy told me that they couldnt possibly fix it! They rent to ANYBODY!!!!! I become physically ill thinking about that place....ewwww! I could go on and on and on and on.... |
