Recent Review:These apartments are great apartments to live in.The people are nice, the neighborhood great, and every ammenity is included! However, don't move in unless you plan to stay until the day you die. They are horrible at pushing papers and doing what they say they will. They will make your moving out experience terrible.

Recent Review:Honestly I've been living here over a year and yes, the old management was bad.Once new management took over, they now have a great set of folks working there...not just a bunch of jerks anymore.Anyway they made this place look great and really made a huge improvement on how things are handled, I'd recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Before the makeover, I didn't really want a bunch of my friends coming over to hang out at the apartment complex, now I'd rent out the clubhouse for a party or just have a sunday afternoon bbq.

Recent Review:We moved here from the west coast for the warm weather. The playground and pools were the attraction for us as we have young children. We pay our rent and keep the noise to a minimum, never bother anyone and keep to ourselves. We have had a leaky roof a couple of times, they have supposedly taken care of it, but we won't know for sure until we have another heavy rain. We haven't experienced any crime or broken down appliances, although they are old. The dishwasher is new but it leaves residue on the dishes. The pools are dirty and cold.A month after moving in, we got a notice for our "unsupervised" children by the playground specifically. No problem, we kept them off the playground unless we could be with them. A month later, we got a 10 day eviction notice for the same, this time saying that they were just generally unsupervised and they had come up on a report with other kids regarding damage. Our boys were in the vicinity of the other children that were vandalizing property, so they were guilty by association. I talked with management and they said it wasn't my kids at all that were responsible but they had to send the notices to everyone and crack down on the problem. I have yet to talk to anyone else that got a 10 day eviction notice. I talked to two parents that got a 30 day notice. (and their kids WERE the responsible parties) Still, children are allowed to run around here "unsupervised" and I have choosen to keep mine under lock and key. I can't run the risk of being thrown out.We feel as though we are being singled out. I have readcomplaints about the kids being rowdy here, but I haven't experienced it yet. I am just angry that they tell me in one breath that my kids are great and well behaved, and in the next threaten to kick us out if they are seen anywhere on property with out us.I know kids will be kids, but this isn't fair. I can't even let my 6 year old take out the trash or go get the mail. I have never lived anywhere that my kids couldn't play outside by themselves. It sucks. It is like a prison for them. I was overheard saying that and got another poison pen letter from management that basically told me to keep my mouth shut. Now my 5th amendment rights are being violated. Some of the office staff is fine, others are rude. They will tell you one thing, and do another. I wouldn't live here again and I would not at all recommend it because of the kid issue. We are looking forward to our lease expiring next year and finding a house with a backyard where our boys can run and play by themselves.

Recent Review:I was one of the former employees at waterford so I can state how I really feel sence I no longer work their.First off let me tell you about the residents. This is the kind of placewhere you want to live in if you want to know you neighborThere are may long time residents at Waterford place who will extend a helping had.I will miss them all.The units where very easy to lease because they are different then anything around, loft style high ceiling not like the onesdown the street that remind you of a small box.Miriam the head of maintance she is what everyone wants when it comes to a handyman- women someone that gets it done. The leaseing office is very professional and will pretty much bend over backwards for you.Hey by me taking my time to right this does not benefit me at all I am doing it because this is truly a place to check out.I hope this helps you guys when trying to find that perfect match.Happy apartment hunting Best wishes Miss D

Recent Review:Windscape apartments do have the lowest rent fee but you pay for what you get. The landscape that the aparments has is great but the space of each apartment is small, some neighbors have been complaining of the extremely thin walls (you can hear your neighbor talking), maintnance does not attend promptly (2 wks + but continue to fill out the work orders maybe youll get them to fix problems sooner), boiler ALWAYS breaks and therefore showering in cold water is what you get (even in winter, days with freezing cold water), second pool is not heated even though they say all pools are heated, and since bathrooms are in the middle the moisture does not escape promplty and therefore what may grow in the bathroom might just be mold. Again complaining about these problems as much as one could does not mean they will be fixed.

Recent Review:We got a really good deal on our apartment since we leased it during the summer, which I highly reccomend. It was the only one we could find that had a good amount of square footage (apprx 760sq ft. for a one bedroom),a washer and dryer, wasn't in the ghetto, was gated and had really good access to the freeway (US 60) at $514 a month. The appliances are a little old school but other then that the apartments are pretty decent. I highly reccomend upstairs, you get vaulted cielings which make the rooms look larger and you don't have to worry about noise above you. The only complaints I had was our dishwasher leakedabout a cup of water every time we ran it (can be fixed), and it also left a white residue on some of our dishes. Our dryer wasn't properly connected for the first 4 months. I heard a lot worse from my next door neighbor who complained of mold, water leaking through the cielings, holes in the walls and tiles that cracked and fell apart. Maybe we just got lucky. Good Luck!
