 Staff members are low-caliber, high turnover; 3 managers in less than 6 mos; maint staff is sub-par; most repair requests take at least 3-4 calls; water damage in our apt; cigarette smoke permeates into our apartment from our neighbors; noisy; hear footsteps, yelling, showers running from upstairs neighbors; tenants speed through the parking lot; no speed bumps; LOOK ELSEWHERE!
