| Recent Review: | | Overall the apartments aren't too bad however there is much need for improvement. The staff has a bad tendency to rent to young families and places them in upstairs apartments leaving the youngsters to run around on the stairs and landings creating alot of noise. Maintenance is helpful however they keep using the same "band-aids" to repair things resulting in repeat breakdowns. My air conditioning went out last twice last year and again this year. It seems they never really fix to root cause. The grounds keepers are lack luster at best. They tend to do a good job around the units near the office but leave the outer units a bit neglected. Lately they have been putting washer and dryers in the units however they aren't offering to put them in occupied units. They closed the second laundry facility leaving only one which is at the far end of the complex. This is inconvenient to those at the opposite end who don't have washers and dryers installed. On a positive note the management is very helpful when tennants have some difficulty financially. They try to help rather than ignore you and threaten to evict. Security is fairly good but it is a large complex and only one security person can become overwhelmed with multiple complaints. In the past almost three years I've been here I've seen many improvements however there is still room for more. |

| Recent Review: | | I am a current resident at Aviana and agree with all the Negative Reviews included here: trash is a major issue and serious heath problem, neighbors literally let the trash pile outside the front doorbecause the nearest trash can isa 1/2 mile away.At the very least if Aviana will not add additional trash cans they should provide trash pick -up service.I cannot believe one of the positive reviews as they sound all too familiar as if they were literally cut and pasted from the Aviana brochure.BEWARE- these reviews I suspect were written by the oh-so-clever Aviana Management Staff who are always quick to bring up the "Luxury Feautures of the Resort Style Living, yet trash facilities they don't count in this equation. |

| Recent Review: | | I moved in to the Bacaro apartments in October of 2004.I relocated from the East coast and did everything via fax and phone.Management was very helpful, in fact even after I signed the lease, Management was fantastic.The apartment is beautiful.Whenever I had a problem and called management, they got to it right away.Bacaro management cares about their tenants.They are courteous, professional and caring.I have not had any bad episodes while living here the past five months.I highly recommend the Bacaro for those who like the finer things in life.This is the place to call home. |

| Recent Review: | | The maintence is VERY poor. We've had so many leaks and broken cabinents and to8ilet seat cover... its ridiculous. They haven't fixed anything, not once. Don't move here. Yea it's cheap and utilities and cable are included, but don't. The bugs are horrible, it smells, and the people living here are messy & rude. JUST STAY AWAY. SERIOUSLY |

| Recent Review: | | I enjoyed my stay at Bell Lakes for a year. We moved to phoenix, not knowing any apartments, except for Bell Towers (which is across the street from bell lakes) and we moved in there not knowing anything about the place. Packed up our stuff in Washington state, and headed to phoenix. We only stayed at Bell Towers for 6 months, and then moved to Bell Towers, because of the location, and the atmosphere of the apartments. I never had a problem with anything while there. I didnt have to associate w/ the management too many times, when i did..they were all helpful but George. But i loved the locations of all the pools, i was by the last pool, and it was straight out in front of me, the mailbox was in front of me..it was perfect. My neighbors were really nice, we all got a long great. I so want to move back, but now i am in Washington again. When and if i do move back, Bell Lakes will beasuggestion...Thanks |

| Recent Review: | | I lived here for several months. It was okay. Big roach infestation problem that management never fixed. The price is pretty much right for what you get. Grounds and buildings were kept nice. I rented there to be close to all the stores and the squaw peak trail. The area is awesome! I couldn't afford any better at the time. I wouldn't live there again only because of the roaches. They are too cheap to take care of it the right way. I live in FL now so I know when roaches are REALLY a problem! The apartments are older, thus the price. |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived in my Biltmore Palms apartment for over a year and have not had any problems.My two request for repair were completed within 48 hours each time. The complex is quiet, clean and well maintained. |

| Recent Review: | | I used to live in this apartment complex and the management team told me that because my cat was to young that I could not have him there and they ask me if I had bought him and I said yes I bought him they said how old is he I said four months. He was just 12 wks the head honcho said he was too distructive even though he was declawed. They always had horrable service there attitudes sucked and its one of those discusting areas THE MAIN REASON I LEFT they allowed illigle under aged sex activities to go on there I reported my ex for such actions they wouldnt even help me by calling the police even though I could not I know that its not professional but they could have atleast done that. MY ex got a sixteen year old pregnant. They knew he had drugs too but they let that go on I know of seven different apartment renters that sell their drugs and stupidly enough buy more. Go figure. Their maintenance crew SUCKS BIG TIME> I GIVE THEM A HUGE(0) in their services at all. Especially a guy named ryian who sleeps with his co worker friends wives what the hell gues thats pretty bad huh. |

| Recent Review: | | This complex is very convenient to downtown Phx but is in a very scary neighborhood outside of the gates. The life of dowtown Phx is pretty dirty. The exercise room is a joke the ellipical machines are really crappy. The covered parking is a nice perk and kept up pretty well. The grounds are nice too but the dog poop could be cleaned up better. If you live here you will like the pools and the apartment. The noise between apartments is bad. You can hear everything that goes on upstairs in your neighbors apt. Sex, bathroom, cupboards, everyone sounds like a 400lb man. When you complain the office acts surprised everytime. Don't bother complaining at night security rarely answers. I talked to alot of other renters and everyone said the same thing. Neighbors to the side were okay we were in the middle and you can hear stuff but it has to be pretty loud. The office is extremely friendly and concerned but ineffective because the complex itself is to blame. So if you live here which I do recommend LIVE ON THE 3RD FLOOR! |
