| Recent Review: | | Do NOT live here. They towed my car. The staff has been horribly rude. There is a ton of crime. They do not keep their gates secured after hours (wow, what an effective use of technology!). They change their policies without notifiying tenants. The laundry facilities were broken, the spa was broken, the treadmill and lights were broken. They have a huge sign that advertises, "Pets Welcome", when in actuality they are not. On rent.com they write that all sizes of dogs welcome but in the amenties section on the same page (up above) they write only small dogs welcome. They can't seem to make up their minds! My apartment is surrounded by human and animal feces! Homeless people have been found napping outside my apartment door severl times. WELCOME HOME! Do not ever live here. It's disgusting. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments are set right on South Mountain Preserve and it feels more like Prescott than Phoenix. Very quiet and peaceful. A very conscientious staff makes it even that much better.A little more expensive than other apartments in the area but well worth it if you are looking for an apartment that feels like a condo in the mountains. Also, the direct access to South Mountain is great if you enjoy hiking. |

| Recent Review: | | This has to be the most crime riden complex I have ever been in. I know of no one that haven't had there car broken into and many others had been burglarized; including my self with great loss. If you choose to live here, insure yourself mwith expectation to gain on a insurance claim. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived in these so called apartments for a year and a half with my boyfriend.They are so poorly insulated that the electric bill in the summer were around $200.00!!The maintenance was lacking a few cards to their decks!!Oh, and shortly after we moved out, the first fire that broke out in those apartments actually started out in our old apratment!!!We would have lost everything because we were out shopping for Christmas gifts!!I also had a friend who lived there and here electrical box in her apartment caught on fire 2 times!! |

| Recent Review: | | If you don't want to be ripped off by what looks like an innocent old man then stay away from this complex. Owner likes to make this deal with new tenats: You make the repairs and submit them to him and he'll make it right by discounting the rent said amount.He never does though and you end up making all the repairs and end up getting evicted for non payment of rent. |

| Recent Review: | | Apartments buildings are gorgeous.Landscaping is very pretty.Units are somewhat small for price and there is a lot of wasted space (useless pantry, built-in shelves, 2nd bedroom closet, huge bathroom) I would rather have the extra space in the living room.Management is terrible.Repairs routinely take weeks if not months if they are even done at all.Manager |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived in this apartment complex for a month and has been harassed every since. It all started with a woman that loved to show her breasts in front of other people in the complex, we told this to the manager name Donna Woldanski. She said there is nothing wrong with it and wanted us out because we didn't agree with her. The woman is insane. We have been harassed by the other tenants here. There is a woman here on Meth and she has been harassing us, banging on our windows and calling us names, we don't know her or her name. The woman that showed her breasts in public has been harassing us and her friend. We did NOTHING to these people. I am afraid to live here. I can't sleep at night. Kids run back and forth banging, throwing things and the manager lives on property and she likes it and allows it. People in this complex that is not related to her call her "Aunt Donna."I have lived in many apartment complexes in my life, but this is the WORST ONE! The manager laughs in our face when we tell her people here harasses us. She thinks it is funny. She is a lunatic and she goes to church?!? She allows these people to harrass us.The kids here are on drugs, they walk around in dirty clothes. This place is so bad that I pray we get out of here as soon as possible. DON'T RENT HERE! UNLESS YOU ARE A METH ADDICT!!! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | I lived at Daybreak Place for over three years and just recently moved to be closer to work.For the most part, I was very happy there.I went into it with realistic expectations realizing that it is an apartment complex and not a palatial dweling on a secluded lot.The rent and utilitieswere very affordable.My maintenance issues were always addressed in a timely manner, and the property was always clean with nice landscaping.I lived on the second floor, so I didn't have to worry about noise issues like some people might.I believe that the location of your apartment within the community makes a huge difference, & I enjoyed living on the outskirts.I would highly recommend my particular apartment to anyone. |
