| Recent Review: | | I was the next door neighbor of the resident who, said she lived in # 130 and gave a bad review. The whole truth is the resident told me in tears that her husband had asked her to leave their house. She was very emotional unstable at that time. After much drama and trying to break her lease, after the husband ask her to come back, she had to have her husband pay an early lease break fee, because their was no truth to her story about a problem in the apartment.I know this because I heard her screaming at the manager. It was just a ploy to get out of her lease, and she told me she was trying to break her lease and go back home.I have lived in this community for over 5 years and find the office staff in this small community to be excellent and helpful to me and my family.There is always two sides every story, and the manager told me she had the paperwork, with 4 visits from a pest control service to prove everything wasn't as the resient in # 130 told everyone. I will not be rude as she was and use someones name, but I have the her name. |

| Recent Review: | | This apratment is horriable. There is no security at all, they say they have some for night parking but there isnt. Cars broken into and apratments as well. Leasing office donest care about the problems. |

| Recent Review: | | I had a couple of friends living here, the girl had her car broken into and stolen like 2 or 3 times, and her boyfriend also had his brand new truck stolen only about 1 month after getting it.Parking is a total joke!!I also had another friend who lived there and her sister got raped in the empty field by the complex because she had to park her car near there because there was no where else to park.Oh, and did I mention that someone commited suicide in one of the aprtments shortly after they opened, and instead of waiting for night-fall to clean up the mess, they did it in broad day-light on a weekend I beleive it was!!I would never move into here and the rent is ridiculous!! |

These Apartments are in a great location, the staff are so nice, some are Sec. 8 so they are working with the City of Phoenix Housing Authority, our Apt. has everything I always wanted and more. We are totally satisfied with our move and know we made the right choice. |

| Recent Review: | | I just moved in to this apt complex 2 months ago. The location is nice. Its sitting right next to startbuck, bookman bookstore, albertsons grocery and blockbuster video.The complex is old. There are some insects problems around the apt complex. I don't even cook much at home but I have been dealing a lot with the cockroaches and flies around my place. Lots of kids running around the complex. It could be very annoying sometimes. Kids like to bring the chalk pen to draw right outside of your door way. Very nasty. The maintence guy is very slow. The office ladies seem nice at the first place and helpful but they are really not. They tend to bullshit on you at first and when problem arises they will pass it on to one another to blame. It is a okay choice for many of you if money is an issue to concern. But if it is possible, try to look for some place else. I am moving out for sure after my lease is done. No regret! |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived at this complex for over 2 years and loved it but about 6 months ago the property was sold. The new owner and management have decided that luxury is merely a word, not an amenity.1. Parking is not sufficient for the number of tenants cars.2. Maintenance requests are not met without a follow up call.3. Provisions within the lease are not uniformly enforced.Please think twice before leasing here, I am leaving as soon as I can. |

| Recent Review: | | Place is great. the Mgrs don't put up with any crap.to new renters they tell it like it is.. I.E. no noise, no loud parties, No drugs. etc but the think that makes them different is they enforce it!! you screw up and your OUT... nice quiet area. Mgrs hostget togethers for holidays. at club house.place is well maintained. office staff is great. this place is ran like you would want a complex ran.. keeping the rift-raft out. |

| Recent Review: | | I'm not one to post reviews but I have to say it's difficult to find a place as reasonably-priced and well-maintained as Oakridge. I've been doing some apartment hunting (need to relocate closer to my job) and have been disappointed by what i've seen so far. I love oakridge and I'd hate to leave! It would be perfect if this complex was located in Scottsdale. |
