| Recent Review: | | After less than three months living here, my roomate had her car broken into twice.I recently had a man break into my apartment and try to rape me.The troubling thing is Security was informed there was a "peeping tom" outside my apartment (my neighbors called 911) and security never notified me.But of course if I was loud (walls are paper thin) security was there in a second. Also, I found out from the police that the girl living in our apartment before us had reported having her panties stolen from outside w/d.Police got fingerprints and filed a report but do you think we were informed before moving in ...NO. Oh and they couldn't seem to fix the lock that was supposed to keep w/d unit safe.That's reasuring!These apartments are soo old the tile in my bathroom was falling off and I couldn't take a shower for 3 days while they repaired it.The ceiling had mold on it.Other neighbors had water leaks.I see great characters like prostitutes and druggies all the time.The fitness center is JUNK.NOT ONE single bbq works there.NOT ONE.If you move here....buy a gun! |

| Recent Review: | | Lets review the wonderful things this apartment has to offer first. The apperance is very nice, with courtyards and grass, the maintenence people always arrive in a timely manor, and the staff are great, they even work with you when your rent is late before they send you to court. Not to mention that their rent is very inexpensive and all utilities are included, and they charge $0 deposit. So there are a few little problems. The air conditioner sometimes goes out but they do get it back on as quickly as they can, they have had a couple roaches but you can have your apartment exterminated every week, for free and they also need to tell their residents to keep it down as sometimes it can get very noisey at night by the pool area. Overall people need to understand that this is a low-cost apartment and I think they do a good job. |

| Recent Review: | | Single bedroom are NOT good. Small & Single closet. Small kitchen. Interstate Highway I-10 is just behind the apartment and you see tons of dust inside your house, being pumped continously by A/C. Frequent changing of A/C filters didnot help.If you are allergenic to dust DONOT CHOOSE THIS APARTMENT.and its NOT gated community |

| Recent Review: | | This is a horribly managed apartment community. I had numerous maintenance problems that took them forever to fix. There were A/C problems, leaky dishwasher,and a broken clothes washer that took them three weeks to replace. The roof above my shower was sagging and peeling. When I asked them about it they said not to take warm showers. Their security patrol is a joke! First they don't patrol,you have to call them, and second they take forever to come over, my car was broken into four times in one year at this complex.The other security problem they have is an extra parking lot enclosed with a chain link fence in the middle of a field. People jump the fence and break into the cars. Worst experience of my life!!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | It is a nice complex, for the most part. The maintenance lacks quality and repairs are not always done in a timely manner. Reant is way to high for what you get. The best perk to the complex is location. Very handy to just about everything you need. |

| Recent Review: | | The rental rates are just perfect and considering the surrounding area, it's very cheap, but with very good quality.The management team is very friendly and manages the property very well.The maintenance team is quite handy and very quick at resolving any problem, in most cases one day.A/C and heat system are great.It has racquetball courts and weight room.The only thing it needs is a bigger pool.Noises isn't a problem.You'd be better off on first floor if you have large bulky furniture as 2nd and 3rd floor is a big hassle-especially if it's way heavy. |

| Recent Review: | | The place is loaded with illegal aliens!Cars are robbed.The owners have been trying for years to sell the property, or find re-financing.They are hugely in debit to locally, and can find no firm to to do business with them. Hence no repairs.It is particularly difficult for the elderly here....the front office is indifferent, and these residents are worried about their personal safety. |
