| Recent Review: | | I lived in these apartments for a year. It was horrible.1. I was outside with my children while they played and witnessed people going in and out of apartments, probably dealing drugs.2. Some people that live there are rude and disrespectful. They blast their stereos all night. They hang out on the patio being loud, and drinking beer all night. A lady was attacked while checking her mail in 2003 by a man in broad daylight.3. The noise is horrible. I heard eveything my neighbors did. Loud music all night long, them talking, them walking, them using the bathroom, and even them having sex. It was hard for me to get any sleep.4. Cars being stolen. We brought a used truck and park it and the next morning it was stolen. It didn't even last one night there. Get a club or an alarm.The apartment are big but because of all these problems I would never live there again. |

| Recent Review: | | The location in prime.Close to the freeway, shopping, and a straight shot to downtown.It's very quiet.You wouldn't believe it being in the Metro area but it is.The staff is great, from the manager, to leasing staff and maintenance staff.They have really cool resident parties all the time.They're always willing to listen to what you have to say.A rarity in it's self.The grounds are beautiful and clean.They are building a new fitness center and business center.I think gating as well.Sweet!Some of the items in the apartment are a little dated but they are putting in new carpet & ceiling fans before the next movein.I transferred from one apt to another myself and just love it!The new look is great.The old one wasn't bad but now it has a little class.A big step up from what's around it. |

| Recent Review: | | we moved into this apartments and discovered shortly afterwards that there were termites all over our apartment. When we went to tell the office about it, they stated that it was nothing for us to worry about and that it really wasn't a big deal. They painted over the track marks from the termites so that we would'nt have known that they were there. We were able to get out of our lease but were treated very rudely the rest of the time. Don't move into Sonoran Apartments on Ray and 48th street! |

| Recent Review: | | Sonterra apartments is one of the apt complex that doesn't have any Broadband or DSL facility. We need to connect to the slowest dial-up (telephone line). The internet speed is worst. No facility of cable as well, no COX. In the high speed world you would be the last in line if you are at Sonterra. |

| Recent Review: | | We just moved in here 6 months ago and our car has been broken into 4 times. Twice in the same day. The management says anywhere you go you may have problems and they do background checks, have a gated community, and a security guard. I say bulls**t. Not everyone coming in has been caught before, the gates have been broken for over 2 mos, and as for security, my cat could do better.This place sucks. We also have a crackhead who dances around the complex at night asking for cigarretes. I won't walk downstairs by myself at night. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! one guy was here for less than 12 hours and his car was stolen. One guy had his shoes stolen of his patio!!!! And management still can't get our contract right. The grounds are nicely kept though. But looks are very decieving. If you value your property and family this is NOT, i repeat, NOT the place for you. If you have a few valueable items like shoes or car stereos or even a car you would like to get rid of, then this is your place. Otherwise, your'e wasting time and money here. |

| Recent Review: | | I used to really like this apartment for the value of the place.Then things started to go south.Extreme low income came in and brought with it a lot of drugs and very late night parties and noise.I could smell meth cooking several times during my stay there.I complained to the management and the courtesy patrol numerous times and nothing was done about it.Also my door on the apartment was almost to fall off the hinges and no one would fix it. The noise finally drove me to move to another complex.You have to pay for covered parking and there is never an open parking place in non-covered after dark.I had to have several vehicles towed from my covered parking spot. |

| Recent Review: | | I moved in Terracina which now has a new name but in the same location,and when i moved in the were remodeling the place and now it looks a lot better but it still dosen't make up for my dryer which did not work and my dishwasher was broken and there was many other problems with the place i had to call at least four times to get someone to help and then was treated as if i was a problem which i think is totally wrong but anyway i have been here for a long time and i guess it is the price that keeps me here but if you want to take the risk check your applinances and make sure they work even the A/C unit.... |

| Recent Review: | | i've lived here for 3 years and am mostly satisfied with the property.i love the location and the atmosphere.however, there is a theft problem in the area, both mail and vehical.management often seems understaffed or just too busy to help.the cigarette smoke from my neighbor below comes up through my washer/dryer.i have not had a problem with parking, and their maintenance staff is very accomodating. |
