| Recent Review: | | I hate living here!They have the nerve to refer to this place as luxurious!!! What a scam!!!I pay nearly a grand each month and for that price I have enjoyed the luxury of having my car stolen and then when it was recovered, the plates wore stolen shortly after!!Then there are my neighbors...across from me are some rowdy teens who have stacked 110 beer cans in their windows... 2 doors down there is grafitti all over the door...I have kids and I was trying to get into a nice place... what a mistake!Let's not forget the high school next door!I get to listen to marching band music at 9:30pm, 10pm... This is not a nice place to live.The inside of the Townhome has horrible closet space, a poor living room design (one wall is a fireplace, the other is a sliding glass door... makes it dificult to set up the furniture, tv, tables...and the cabinet doors are crooked, paint job is shady - walls are thin.Do NOT move here!! |

| Recent Review: | | When I moved out I had 15 days left and I came with a moving truck to get my stuff to find that the mantance had thrown all of my stuff in the dumpsters and I don't just mean thrown away I mean my dressers busted into pieced and chairs broken apart, laundry from the dryer tossed.What did management say to me?They first denied this even tho I was sure I was not seeing things.Then I was told to go crawl into the dumpsters and get my stuff.I made a police report and was told they were totally in the wrong but they are known to do this often just so they can rent the place back out. Don't rent here! I also personally watched a motorcycle get stolen and cars driving in behind other cars so basically the gated community theory being safe is a crock.You can follow in and then the gates going out are always open.This place screams come steal my car.Run away from this place as fast as you can! |

| Recent Review: | | I have to say I loved living there - the security, maintainence, fitness center, everything. It was a little overpriced but I was willing to pay for a feeling of security and comfort. But be warned - the property manager will take you for all you have if you give her a chance! Extenuating circumstances caused us to have to move out with less than 30 days notice (we had fulfilled our lease term). We moved out with no problem and a month later received a notice that we owed $1800 for the lack of notice!! More than that the manager was very difficult and unpleasant throught the whole ordeal. Overall a great place to live but be sure to read the fine print and ask a lot of questions! |

| Recent Review: | | You'll be sorry you ever moved here.In a year that I lived there my apartment was flooded three times.The grounds are filthy, garbage all over the place, the pool was green most of the summer, the air conditioning went out for two days in the heat of the summer. |

| Recent Review: | | I read the earlier report about the outdated condition of this complex and whole heartedly agree.Very cheap carpet that wears out easily (mine was new when I moved in and when I vacuum it clogs up my cleaner).This complex is only about 20 years old and my apartment has had many structure repairs as I can tell by the spackling.There is very little to the landscaping.It is all rock, bushes and trees; no grass.It is very noisy here.Most of the apartments face the parking lot and driveways and the sound of everyone's car stereo's echos through because of the rock landscaping.The only "common" areas are the very small pool and jaccuzi.Kids ride skateboards and scooters through the parking lot (nothing wrong with kids having fun but again the sound is amplified because of the landscaping).This is also true during the cooler months when windows are left open; you can hear TV's, stereos and loud voices very easily.I have checked other places on the internet and find much better value for a larger apartment; about 15 percent cheaper with many more amenities.Unfortunately, I have a lease to fulfill. |

| Recent Review: | | It used to be such a well kept quiet complex. Not anymore!!!!!! They cater to the illegal immigrants who live there. They allow vending, working on cars, yard sales, people selling food and other things from their apartment. They allow residents to pile up in a studio apartment with children as well. Kids run around all times of the night(they don't have a bedroom, poor kids). The residents run the complex, not the property management.There is new management, but they are too slow to react to all these issues going on on the property. Iam moving, and if necessary, i will move before my lease is up(legally). |
