| Recent Review: | | Ok so this place is close to ASU campus and utilities are included but other than that it wasn't much of a bargain."Managment" is rude and very unprofessional, the only reason they knew me by name was because I had to constantly remind them about work orders I had put in that were not taken care of, lack of air conditioning in the spring heat and other such things that one should not have to ask for more than once. Move in day was hell, the apartment was filthy and my roomate and I had to clean every it ourselves out of fear of contracting some sort of disease. Over the 9 months that I lived there, I never actually felt like the place was ever clean, no matter how much cleaning we did. There were occasional bugs but overall if you keep your place clean, you shouldn't have a problem. The neighbors below my roomate and I were inconsiderate and obnoxious.The base from their stero was constantly shaking our apartment and the smell of their stirfrys was constantly wafting into our bedrooms.Oh and now that Dos Gringos has moved it's location to just behind the complex, you can expect to hear loud drunk people and really awful live bands until all hours of the night (but hey if your up late studying you can sing along in your room.) Overall, if you want something inexpensive (relatively) and close to ASU I say go for it.It wasn't awful and it was liveable I just wouldn't do it again. |

| Recent Review: | | After being laid off my old job, I did not work for 6 months and needed a place for me and my family to stay.While I had some concerns about the apartments, it met the financial need at that time.I am now counting the days until my lease is up so that I can move.Everything you may have read about the apartments prior to reading this review is true.These are the worst managed apartments, I have ever seen or heard of.It literally takes weeks to get a response from the office team and when you do get to talk to someone, they have not a clue as to what they are talking about.I put a letter in writing to the apartment manager and the regional office and only received a response from the regional office saying the management team would be contacting me and that has now been 3 months.The AC has been in repairfor months now and each apartment has approximately, 4 holes cut in them where new pipes (still exposed) were put in to run the new ? chiller system.The maintenance fix for mold on the wall is to paint over it, which is also what they did prior to my moving in to make the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom appear to be clean and new.The bathroom sink overflowed 4 months ago and the carpet still has not been cleaned.You pay extra for parking, but it doesn't matter as the residents park wherever and dare you to say anything, then when you report it to the office, they tell you to put a sticker on the car informing them the car will be towed (setting yourself up for the perpetrators to break into your car later) and there is nothing else they can do or will do.The grounds are not kept up, broken windows are never fixed, screens are non-existent on plexiglass windows, pool is filthy, you have to request to have your apartment sprayed for bugs monthly in order not to see them, and I could keep on going, but...need I say more.I would never recommend this complex to anyone even if they were in need.Believe you me, I am reporting them to whomever I can.Again, I am counting the days. |
