I have been renting apartments for over 30 years and rpm Company is the WORSE!The assistant manager was the person that I had most of my dealing with, she was so unbelievably unprofessional that I should have back out before moving in but I thought all would work out with the assurance things would be fixed immediately.She was late for our leasing appointment and took four hours to go through the paper work.It was a nightmare!I asked what the policy for repairs to the apartment is and told, ALL REPAIRS ARE MADE WITHIN 24 hours.I have lived in this apartment for 6 months and all I have heard is excuses and more excuses as to why repairs are not made&The manager quit and moved to Las Vegas and the main repairman followed for a better position!Leaving a completely inexperience, incompetent, childish woman to be acting manager, and that is what she did, she was acting as manager!Trying to handle things in a professional manner became a joke.Each time I would go to the office, I would hear from the acting manager, how she is underpaid, overwork, and does not have time to bother with my problems.She would promise that a repair person would be at my apartment in the am to make repairs.The repair person would never show up!I would call and the acting manager would say, they are scheduled to come today.I would wait all day and they would never show up!This happened 5 or 6 times.I tried calling the management company and the supervisor would say that I will call you right back and never returned my call.I have found that the complex is extremely noise with children running and screaming in the courtyard.The courtyard where the leasing office is located is nicely landscaped with flowers everywhere, pool and ground kept very nice, but the other three buildings do not have flowers on the grounds, no umbrella at the pool nor aregroundskept up like the leasing office building.The buildings have a constant flow of outside traffic passing through to the alley in the back (one day I counted over 100 strangers passing through from 8:00 AM to 3:00 pm.)Security is poor and although the courtyard to the alley is gated, frequently it is jammed by people passing and wanting to pass back through.Not save at all.Positive things:The neighbors are very nice and friendly.The children are kind and welcoming to new children.The challenge is that small children are often left unattended for hours at a time.Rent is reasonable and raise once a year at lease signing.They do accept section 8.

I have been living here for more than a year and haven't had any complaints.I am not too big on the flats, but I love the townhomes.With the townhome you get two reserved parking spots, there is an elevator just in case grocery shopping gets heavy.Management is always on top of things if you tell them there is a problem.They do not promote parties, so the place is peaceful.Everytime a tenant leaves, they replace the carpet and tile (well, fake tile that is) and repaint everything.full bedrooms and living rooms.A true plus.I wish you all the best in this apartment.I know I will miss it.

I have been staying here for over 4 years but since the new management has taken over last year, it has become worst. It has become filthy, ceilings keep leaking, the elevator has been having problems for the last 3 months on a regulat basis with people getting stuck all the time. For the last 5 days, they are plain shut and the management does not want to replace it citing cost and too expensive. We stay on the 3rd floor and it is really difficult to carry grocery & water and do laundary.Parking security is a mess. Cars are broken in on a regualr basis. Acura's & Honda's emblom logo are missing on most cars. Mine has been stolen twice already.Service request can take up 7-10 days before being catered to.Sunday breakfast has become a joke.Some of the staff members are really stupid and haved goofed up several times. Staff can be really rude at times.And they keep increasing the rent ever so often. Last year they had sign up for the Gas & Water bill claiming it gonna be around $20-25 per family, last month we were charged $52.Plus you pay for trash as well which is $25 per month. Ridiculous !Plus stove is electric which adds upto $10-20 to your electric bill if you cook. So please add another $75-90 to your monthly rent for the utils which are paid by most apartment complexes.Good Luck if you still decide to move in.

This studios in the front of the complex are quiet and the neighnors are nice. The owner has recently repainted the exterior of the buildings and installed all new windows.
