Recent Review:IT'S A 2 BEDROOM 1 BATH APARTMENT.THE LOCATION IS GOOD, IT HAS LIKE 30 UNITS WICH I LIKE, IT REMINDS ME ALOT OF MELROSE PLACE.THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING IS THAT THE PROPERTY MANAGER DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU NOR YOUR NEEDS. BESIDES THAT THE RENT IS RESONABLE AND IT'S AN ENJOYABLE PLACE TO LIVE IN.

Recent Review:The apartments were decent, but management was horrible. They close the pool during the winter (which according to them started in October - but hello, we are in Southern California). When I moved out, they withheld the entire deposit plus said I owed them like $800 dollars. They said it took 12 hours to paint, 8 hours to clean - it was ridiculous!Even if I held parties everyday that I lived there (which I never did) it wouldn't have taken that long to clean up.

Recent Review:In short words...you can find a better place than this dump!! Even with it being in a new community and a new complex, it's not AT ALL up to the standards that it should be. I have ONLY lived there for a month and I HATE IT!! I'm considering breaking my lease it's so bad.Granted every place has its downs, but this place has WAY TOO many to just over look! We found the place online and thought it looked great! Even after looking around and signing papers, it seemed to be okay, but little did we know. Our first day, NO PARKING! (at all) Obviously they charge for a car lot or garage, which is fine, but for just regular parking there's hardly any. Pretty much forcing you to buy a garage/car lot. We had to park outside the community and 3 blocks down!!! How ridiculous is that!?! Security, hmm I don't think they've ever heard of that. NOT once have I seen security. They have a freakin' ice cream truck drive around!! How safe is that?? Really, when I saw that I was for sure we moved into the ghetto! People are loud and kids constantly running around screaming. Kids play, I understand, but there SHOULD be limits as far as screaming in the stairwells. The complex (well the one I live in) ALWAYS has a nasty smell!! I gag everytime I walk up to my apartment. The condition on the outside is not upkept at all!! There are stains and trash everywhere!! Nobody seems to care about the area they live in.The pool, that just needs help altogether! It's always dirty! Either their pool maintence is lazy or they just don't care. The maintence pager, they don't believe in that either. Our MAIN DOOR lock broke as we were trying to leave, so we were locked in. We paged the number and they NEVER called us back!!! Luckily it was at night, so we didn't have to really be anywhere, but we wasted a good 3 hours trying to get ourselves out. Finally, my boyfriend got thedoor open and we had to sleep with the door cracked so we wouldn't get locked in! The bedroom door locks -Ridiculous! Luckily, I have no kids. My boyfriend fell asleep one night in the room not realizing he locked the door behind him. Yeah, THERE IS NO WAY to get in from the outside! So pretty much if I had a kid he would've been in there until I could break down the door.Unlike most places the house key or another key gets in just in case, but this place apparently doesn't think about "what ifs".Their waterheater sucks!! Everyday I have to wait 20 MINUTES!! to get hot water!! Oh and best of all THEY chose your cable company for you!! You HAVE to get SBC!!! Which if you don't have it, it sucks!! Cox communitcations is my preference. The aprt has one main dish, so you don't have to buy one, BUT when it has problems, EVERYONE is affected by it. Only living there a month and we've ALREADY had our cable go out for a 2 days!!!!! I could go on, but this is just a sample of what you will probably get if you moved there. My best advice would be not to EVEN consider this dump! It's not for a family for sure. If you like the ghetto/ projects and don't care what your place looks like then maybe this is the place for you. Other than that, you can totally find a better place for the amount you would be paying to live in this shithole!
