| | | | Review Title: Simple, But A Good Value | | | | | | Reviewer: Josephme | | | | Review Date: 5/28/04 | | | | | | | Rate This Apartment | | | | | | | My new wife and I are just moving in; we can't comment on all the aspects of the place, but will write back later. The tile in the dining room and bathroom is a nice touch and the appliances are gas and pretty good, except for the absent refrigerator. Our 1 bedroom unit has nice windows, soft carpet, a spacious walk-in closet and a cute Spanish-looking tile roof coming off from the top of the kitchen bar. The grounds have lovely flowers and fountains. Unlike at most complexes we visited the pumps at the fountains can't be heard. There are families and couples here, white and latino; we like it but there may be some noise and life going on. The parking is a little tight, but adequate enough. The office staff seems accomodating, even offering to work something out if we can't stay for the whole 6 month lease. And best of all, the price is 15% lower than many places in Costa Mesa. It isn't a luxury place, but seems alright. Spartacus will update you in a few months with the final verdict. | | | | |
