 Rediculous mandatory laundry card machine that accepts $10 bills only.Soda machines that steal your money.Unnecessary and prolonged maintenance to parking lots.Very limited tenant parking.Very difficult to have visitors-- no parking and the gate phones DO NOT work.Office staff does not return phone calls.Horrible flea and ant infestations during the summer months.

Nice gym.Pet friendly.Fairly quiet.Great layouts.Good location.
