| Recent Review: | | From my experience, management is overly friendly and responsive prior to renting or moving into an apartment and thereafter refuses to respond to any problem or issue no matter how pressing. For example, prior to moving in, management indicated that Southpointe policy is to send maintenance within 24 hours of any maintenance request.I have made 9 or 10 calls to maintenance during my 1 year here, and not one issue I've called about has been resolved.True, maintenance has arrived at my apartment within 24 hours for most calls, but nothing has ever been fixed or resolved. In addition, the rental rate is reasonable (not low, but reasonable) for the first lease period.Management sometimes even offers discounts for several months to enctice move-ins.However once the first lease is up, the rental rate skyrockets.Management anticipates tenants reluctance to move and tries to milk the inconvenience of changing residence by charging exorbinant rent. I recommend avoiding Arnel management. |

| Recent Review: | | After reading the bad review I had to share my experience. The apartments are old but are renovated little by little. I never had any pest problems nor did my neighbors, but we took pride in the conditions of our home. The manager is great. If you need something fixed, he gets it done if its within reason. I needed to move in ASAP. The manager worked overtime to make that happen. Good place for kids, great school district and the price is fair. Very small and no its not Newport Coast but it's cozy and good for a small family. |

| Recent Review: | | There is no definite parking place management out here, there were more than 3 to 4 parking management company and towing company changed within last 4 months. no body knows where to call for parking assistant. The new management here is horrible. They do not respect tenents opinions or views. |
