 The rent is really good- $990 for a 2bed/1bath and a year lease.That includes gas, water, trash and basic cable.The apartments are small, especially the kitchens.There is plenty of storage space, a walk in closet near the door plus linen cabinet by the bathroom.It's pretty quiet, never loud music playing at night or anything.It isn't very well insulated so its always really hot in the summer.Winter isn't so bad.Maintenence fixes things in about a week, but they don't always stay fixed.The second time is normally the charm.Its a good place for students with low budgets and medium expectations.
