| Recent Review: | | I just moved into Baywood and I love it. Both My Aunt and Uncle live here. They just got new pool furnature for the summer. Doug in the office has been very nice to Us. My unit is upstairs and has valted ceilings its large and roomy. If you are looking for a nice place in Hayward go see Doug. |

| Recent Review: | | We moved here to be close to BART and Cal State East Bay, and we got that.The complex is nice -- gated, nice floorplans, garages, washer/dryer.Maintainance isn't great, but it's not the worst.Apartments aren't new, but are comfortable.The big problem is the area outside the gates.I don't feel safe here -- the nightly sirens and the occassional gunshots, police helicopers, and broken glass on the street add up. |

| Recent Review: | | The employees that work at waterford are not so nice and helpful.I was not being help when visiting the first time.I have to come back and the lady give me an attitude while I ask for price.She felt that I might not be able to pay for the apartment.I think waterford need better worker in order to keep their business running better in the years to come.Also so residents are not too welcoming and polite.I just hope for better attitude and a more friendly enviroment.I have seen that many of them tired being nice when they needed residents but as resident move in and become a resident the employee don't seem to want to help with their needs.... Lets hope for better as the year comes. |
