| I didn't actually live here, but did tour the property and met with the management staff. The apt's themselves are very nice, but the buildings are very congested, people are piled on top of each other. I decided to pass on this place because the management staff was extremely rude and uncooperative. That's a huge red flag. They wanted me to put a hold on a unit, but refused to show me the actual unit itself. I argued back and forth with them for 15 minutes, told them that I would not put down a holding deposit for an apt that they refused to let me see. Finally they agreed, and showed me the unit, but gave me an attitude for the remainder of my visit. I also asked a few simple questions and the agents were clueless, no one knew anything. Oh, and while I was there, the security gate was also broken - I was able to drive right in and wander the property on my own. Another red flag. I am leaving my current apt because of poor management - this place appears to be just as bad, if not worse. If you prefer to be treated with respect as a person and not a number - then avoid this place. |
