 Super High Rent for Low Quality - Borderlines on Ghetto!(Expect:)No Dishwasher - No Washer/Dryer Hookups - No remote gate access to visitors (If the gate actually works) - No Security (But you will see lots of cops around) - Lots of noise from neighbors (parties, loud music, basketball, hot rods, motorcycles, and drunken minors roaming around) at all hours. - Insecure/Over priced laundry room - Evidence of termite damage everywhere (some indoors, very creaky floors) - Serious lack of parking - No assigned parking (unless you work there!) - NO PRIVACY! AND MUCH MORE!

I would feel safer in the BRONX or SKID ROW!
