 I have lived here since 2003 and construction has been ongoingsince then, and is still not completed. The rent was raised long before construction completed. When I renewed my lease I was charged for a washer and dryer, that was not installed until 4 months later. The only reason I stayed is because I hate to move. I always thought rent was supposed to be lowered when there is construction. There is no visitor parking. You are allowed one parking space per resident. Management, one in particular is very condenscending, however, I believe she is on maternity leave. Management does not seem to care about residents and their safety, proof is in the messes the construction workers leave behind. My apartment was left unlocked on countless occasions during the 3 months is took to prep and install the washer and dryer. Walls are paper thin and kids run you over on their bikes and scooters. A friend of mine had his car broken into three different times, so much for the "security" and the lighting is so dim you have to squint in the dark and pray you are not going to trip over the construction mess.
