 these are overpriced apartments with no central air conditioning. The parking situation has been horrible for years although it is slightly better now. If there is security I have rarely seen it, with pool parties going on all night several times a year. the cabinets in our kitchen are literally peeling apart and we are over run with cockroaches which no amount of spraying has ever overcome. The grounds are nice . But children are not to be seen or heard and there are no facilities for them even though it is touted as a family residence and ther ARE 3 bedroom apartment.... way too many young people renting who either are up all night or leave after 3 months making a mess in the trash and parking lot....we have only stayed because of personal reasons....
