| - No Parking- Parking Permits are not replaced even though mine was stolen.- Laundry costs 1.25 for wach and 1.00 for drying + 5 dollars for laundry card.- Very noisy- Moldy Apartments- Overflowing trash If you still wish to live here despite my warnings, then make sure you don't pick 3901 complex b/c the boiler for hot water is installed inside each apartment so your electricity charges are higher than other complexes. The only thing nice I can say about this apartment is that it is cheaper than any other apartments in Irvine. |
