 this place is very noisy. it's 12:45 am, and i can't sleep because of my neighbor's t.v. unfortunately there is no insulation from noise, so i have to deal with this until the person goes to sleep. this has been going on for a few months, and no one seems to be able to make these people understand that the walls are so thin, and to keep the noise down.
