| Recent Review: | | Lived here for 2 years.Walls are thin.You can hear your fellow dwellers snor.2 bed / 2 bath run over $1,800.00.NO parking spaces available after 8pm.Roaches and mosquitos are all over the place (in & out).Dog crap all over the place - check your shoes befor entering home or auto.Shopping carts are abandoned and left all over the community - looks like your living in Santa Ana but paying Irvine prices. |

| Recent Review: | | If you think $1300's for a 1BR or $1700's for a new 2BR on the border of Newport and Irvine is too much, pay $7 a day in tolls and commute to Aliso, or live in an old moldy unit in Costa Mesa to save $200/mo.As with this and every other gated community I have lived in before, the gates aren't closed 100% of the time.Even when they are closed, you can always follow someone in.Even the communities with guards at the gates have side entrances where you can do that.I wouldn't make my decision on where to live on what hours the gates are closed, but on the area of the community (safest area in Southern California) and how nice the units are on the inside (new and upgraded).Everyone can agree that Turtle Ridge is great in both those aspects.I for one have been very pleased with my stay so far.Everyone in the leasing office has been great with anything I have asked of them too.-Melissa |

| Recent Review: | | Turtle Rock might not look as nice as other apartments in the Irvine area, but it definitely was a lot nicer than most apt's I've seen here.All bedrooms/living areas are spacious with plenty of room for UCI students who want to double up.Master bedrooms are huge and have ample counterspace.Kitchens are big and nice and have a lot of counterspace as well.Turtle Rock's white painted interior and nicer linoleum floors make the apartment look a lot cleaner and brighter than other apartments.Also, Turtle Rock's location is good, too, because it's tucked away behind University HS and next to residential houses and there is little to no traffic/freeway noise.Only negative is parking which can become scarce throughout the school year but is still manageable because of available street parking. |

| Recent Review: | | I guess it depends where one lives in the complex but I've always had excellent response with maintance requests and it was right the time. The entire complex is undergoing a complete renovation and the upgraded apartments are very nice althought your rent goes way up when you have to move into one. The leasing office staff is always friendly and helpful. This may not be a typical Irvine complex made with stucco but to me that's what makes it different and special.You can rest assured you will enjoy living here. If you don't like noise don't take an apartment by the pools. Kids to yell when they're having fun playing in a pool. |

| Recent Review: | | Parking's ok, but not for parties.Within walking distance to 2 shopping plazas, 10 min from UCI and 2 blocks from IVC.Complex seems to group college students to one side and Families to the other.Might just be a coincidence though.It's not IAC, so it's cheaper and definitely less annoying. |
