| Recent Review: | | An Awful place to live in!!!!How could you imagine some kids running in the courtyard right outside your apartment from 8am in the morning till 8pm at night for 12 hours? They play with balls and always smash balls against your window, causing unnecessary damage to your property (and also your windows.) They scream like crazy which disturbs your daily life.Dun even think about reporting to the manager, she is really close to those families with kids. Moreover, she is really mean and unpolite to college students.(esp foreign students)She will just give u a warning letter when she found you noisy sometimes, and will never take care of those complains about the kids. Dun even imagine you will have the chance to have a good living environment, its terrible!!!Why does anyone have to pay nearly $1700 a month and have such a bad living environment and such a mean manager? |

| Recent Review: | | I still live at The Langham.In the past few years, both the neighborhood and the building have greatly improved.It is clean and safe with nice architectural details still evident.Rooms are small but well aplpointed.Management is petty and blinded by personal involvements with tenants. |

| Recent Review: | | I have been at the Orsini for about 5 months now and I must say i thought I was the only one it is so quiet and peaceful and the tenets are so respectful I love how management have social gatherings once a month for the residence I have had a great experiencewith this facility its such a small community with such a really great mileu of living environment i reccommend it to anyone new to LAa bit away from everything but close enough to get to where you need to get toThanks Orsini for a great experience of what LA has to offer. |

| Recent Review: | | We've been here about 3 months.We were one of the first ones to move in to phase II.The first month was great, nice and quiet as you want your home to be.That peace is now gone!People started moving in and now I have neighboors on both sides and upstairs.This place feels like a college dorm!I thought I was renting a place where most of the tenants would be professional people working in downtown.Instead, I feel surrounded by students.They are loud and we've reported several incidents to the front desk during the night.Yes, during the night!I can't wait to leave this place, ugh!The walls are too thin.For the amount they charge for the rent, you would never imagine how unpleasant this place can be. |

| Recent Review: | | From the minute you walk into the door the staff makes you feel right at home. We moved from out of state and didn't know where anything was at. The staff helped us find our new home and gave us directions everywhere we needed to go. I would recommend this place to everyone!!! |

| Recent Review: | | I put a deposit down for a 2bdrm before I read the review about bad management and floods.I decided to ask the management about the flood and they denied knowing anything about it!I decided not to rent with them and I'm glad I saw the review. They also tried to cash my deposit check which should have not been cashed until after the 72 hour hold period.It just didn't feel good dealing with this property management at all.Take time to decide before going for this aparment. |
