 If you look those ratings are over a year ago, except for one and I know the one person that wrote that it was ghetto because of a car vandalism. The ONLY reason the person had their car vandalized is because of a personal attach against them, somebody didn't like them. I personally love it here. The people are nice, management knows what they're doing, the owners are on site most of the time. The property is beautiful and for the price of the apartments it's not bad. They're cheaper than most around and they're way bigger than any I saw.
