 This place is overpriced. The maintenance is the only thing I liked about the place. My neighbors had 11 people in one apartment and nothing was ever done about it. They were afraid to call maint when their sink clogged and the mess ended up going through the pipes and flooding my kitchen. On site security and gates don't do much - my front door was tagged twice. I've called the cops on my neighbor for hitting his wife twice. Assigned parking is nice unless some twit takes your space and then the management just shrugs.
