 I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone.The rent is way too much for such an old complex, and only water and trash is included.There are asbestos warnings everywhere, and the popcorn ceilings create so much dust no matter how much you clean, it's ridiculous.The 3 bd/2.5 bath is a two-story, and there is only one climate control console on the first floor, so you cannot have a different temperature for the second floor (which gets much hotter during the day).There are plenty other apartments in Orange that are much cheaper and nicer.
