Recent Review:I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The rent is way too much for such an old complex, and only water and trash is included. There are asbestos warnings everywhere, and the popcorn ceilings create so much dust no matter how much you clean, it's ridiculous. The 3 bd/2.5 bath is a two-story, and there is only one climate control console on the first floor, so you cannot have a different temperature for the second floor (which gets much hotter during the day). There are plenty other apartments in Orange that are much cheaper and nicer.

Recent Review:The management are excellent. They have a 48hr maintenance policy: if you report a problem and they don't fix it within 48hrs, you don't pay rent until the problem is fixed! But we never needed to use this guarantee - most problems were fixed within the hour by friendly staff who knew what they were doing. We were known on a first-name basis by the reception staff, who were always courteous, professional, and ready to help. The facilities are excellent - racquetball court, basketball court, pool table, huge screen tv, well-equipped gym, dry sauna, two pools (one heated year-round) and two hot tubs. These were extremely well maintained; they always seemed to be being cleaned, and we never had issues with cleanliness anywhere. The whole property was kept clean and very well presented; a cleaning crew came round regularlyand jet washed the floors on each level, even the car park was jet washed! The apartments themselves are beautiful.Equipped with all appliances, including washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, all of which were new and in pristine condition. We had a one bed apartment with a den, which was essentially a second bedroom.Everything was very well thought out and tastefully decorated.Ours even had a fireplace! The only slight issue we had was with our noisy neighbours upstairs, but we only heard them because they were exceptionally noisy. We didn't hear anything from our next door neighbours. When we reported the noise upstairs to reception, they immediately took steps to resolve it, and the situation did improve. The apartment was very well insulated from sound, and we never had a problem with rowdy parties or neighbours. The majority of the people living in the complex appear to work at the nearby hospital and are not rowdy at all.The maintenance crew were exceptional - when we moved in, they put up all our curtain poles and pictures for us (no extra charge) and immediately sorted out anything the cleaning crew had missed (which wasn't much!).There was one light bulb which needed replacing and a door with very slight water damage, but these were replaced within an hour of asking.Other than this, the apartment was new and spotlessly clean.Unlike many other apartments, the kitchen cupboards don't get painted every single time someone moves in so they look caked in paint.Everything in the apartment looks and feels expensive, from the kitchen cupboards, to the appliances, to the fireplace. This really was the best six months we've spent in any property (and we've lived in a few).We would recommend it without a second thought.

Recent Review:Since the sale of these apartments during the latter part of last year, these apartments have gone downhill--fast.
